Terms of Service

Economic Twin is operated by Submission Bridge LLC. These Terms govern your use of our website, analyst, simulations, API, and business-data products.

Effective September 8, 2026 · Version 2026-09-08

1. Your agreement and account

By accepting these Terms, you agree to a contract with Submission Bridge LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. An applicable signed enterprise agreement controls over conflicting provisions here.

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and API keys, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for your team members' compliance. Do not share individual accounts, evade usage limits through multiple accounts, or access another user's private information. We may verify eligibility and restrict abusive or unauthorized access.

2. Research, estimates, and synthetic activity

Economic Twin combines source observations, inferred classifications, modeled estimates, AI-generated analysis, and synthetic economic activity. These are different kinds of information. Synthetic people and their purchases are statistical constructions, not observations of identifiable real people. Inferred buyer-supplier relationships do not establish actual commercial relationships. Company-wide financials are not the revenue of a single location.

Sources may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, differently defined, or licensed with restrictions. Models use assumptions and approximations; geographic and industry coverage vary. A balanced simulation ledger establishes internal accounting consistency, not that the represented transactions happened or that the model captures the entire economy. Confidence scores, ranges, backtests, and provenance do not guarantee accuracy or future performance. AI can produce errors and unsupported statements.

Outputs are research tools, not financial, investment, legal, tax, valuation, real-estate, or other professional advice. Independently verify material facts and consult qualified professionals before making consequential decisions, including leases, acquisitions, staffing, financing, or investments. You remain responsible for your decisions and how you communicate the results. Do not describe modeled or synthetic information as verified facts.

3. Permitted use and source rights

Subject to these Terms, your plan, and applicable source licenses, we give you a limited, nonexclusive right to use the service and authorized outputs for lawful research and business purposes. We retain rights in our software, interface, models, branding, and original compilation work. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights and any attribution or use conditions identified with the source or export. Purchasing a list does not transfer ownership of the underlying source data or remove its restrictions.

You may use authorized exports in your internal business workflows and client analyses, subject to their licenses. Republishing, reselling, or sublicensing our compiled lists or providing a competing data feed requires a separate written agreement unless applicable source rights independently permit your use. These Terms do not restrict rights you have independently under law or an applicable open license.

Do not bypass authentication, credit meters, purchase gates, or rate limits; harvest private data; introduce malware; interfere with the service; or use it unlawfully. Do not use outputs as consumer reports or to determine an individual's eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or similar regulated benefits. Do not attempt to identify real people from synthetic agents. Business contact information is not consent to contact someone: you must comply with applicable privacy, marketing, telephone, and anti-spam laws.

4. Your content and privacy

You retain the rights you have in your prompts, uploaded materials, and other submitted content. You grant us the limited rights needed to process, host, reproduce, transmit to service providers, and display that content to provide, secure, and support the service for you. This does not grant us a right to publish your private research as marketing material. You must have the rights and permissions needed for your submissions. Do not submit payment-card credentials, account passwords, highly sensitive personal information, or information the service is not designed to handle.

Generated outputs may resemble outputs provided to others. We do not guarantee their uniqueness, copyright eligibility, or freedom from third-party claims. Our Privacy Notice explains personal-information processing. Privacy acknowledgment is not consent to unrelated advertising or a waiver of privacy rights.

5. Plans, automatic renewal, and cancellation

The price, currency, billing interval, included usage, and applicable taxes shown at checkout govern your purchase. Paid monthly subscriptions automatically renew and charge your selected payment method each billing period until canceled. You authorize those recurring charges when you confirm the subscription at checkout. Free access does not automatically become a paid subscription.

You can cancel renewal through Account → Manage billing. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, with access continuing through that period unless suspended under these Terms. If the portal is unavailable, contact us at our contact-request form for cancellation assistance. Cancellation does not itself delete your account or research. We will disclose material price or renewal changes before they apply to a subsequent paid period and allow you to cancel.

Unless required by law or expressly offered at purchase, fees for used services, delivered data, and elapsed or partially used subscription periods are nonrefundable. Contact us promptly about duplicate or unauthorized charges, billing errors, or materially undelivered purchases; we will investigate and provide corrections or refunds where appropriate or legally required. Nothing here limits statutory cancellation, refund, or payment-dispute rights.

6. Credits, exports, and limits

Included exploration credits are available for the current paid billing period and expire at its end; unused included credits do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits do not expire solely with time or cancellation of a subscription. They remain usable on your eligible account for available metered features, subject to service availability and these Terms. API and other plan-gated features may still require an active qualifying plan.

Credits measure access to service usage. They are not cash, deposits, transferable currency, an investment, or redeemable funds, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Different tasks consume different credits. Business-list record purchases are separate from exploration credits. The applicable price or credit schedule is disclosed in the product or checkout and may change prospectively.

Tasks have compute, time, size, and credit limits. A multi-step request may stop before every step completes when a limit is reached; valid usage already performed may still consume credits. We do not promise an unlimited or fully completed research project for a fixed credit balance. Free offers are limited to the stated eligibility and allowance, may be changed prospectively, and may not be multiplied through duplicate accounts.

7. Availability, changes, and termination

Beta features and source coverage may change or be withdrawn. We do not promise uninterrupted service, permanent storage, or a service-level agreement unless separately agreed in writing. Keep copies of outputs you need. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, nonpayment, security threats, fraud, legal requirements, or abuse. Where practical and appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

You may stop using the service and request account closure through our contact address. Cancel recurring billing separately before closure. If we permanently discontinue a paid service or terminate your access for reasons other than your material breach, we will provide a proportionate refund for prepaid, undelivered subscription service and unused purchased credits, subject to applicable law. A refund for unused purchased credits is based on the purchase price attributable to the unused portion of the purchased pack, including its bonus allocation, not a nominal cash value per credit. Account closure and retention are addressed in the Privacy Notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and outputs are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant completeness, accuracy, timeliness, security without failure, or any particular business result. These limitations do not remove warranties or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limits on liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Submission Bridge LLC and its personnel and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from the service, even if advised of their possibility.

To that same extent, our aggregate liability arising from the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits apply across related claims and legal theories. They do not limit liability for our fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit, and do not eliminate an express refund obligation under these Terms.

10. Business-user indemnity

If you use the service on behalf of a business, that business will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by its unlawful use of the service, infringement through its submitted content, or material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own breach or misconduct. We will promptly notify you of the claim, reasonably cooperate at your expense, and allow you to control its defense with competent counsel. No settlement may admit our liability or impose obligations on us without our reasonable written consent.

11. Washington law and Spokane courts

Washington State law governs these Terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Subject to nonwaivable rights and the court's authority, disputes arising from the service or these Terms must be brought in the state courts in Spokane County, Washington, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington in Spokane. You and we consent to those courts' personal jurisdiction and venue. This is a court-venue provision, not an arbitration agreement, and does not prevent an eligible small-claims action or a complaint to a regulator where applicable law permits it.

12. Changes and general provisions

We may update these Terms prospectively and will identify the effective date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or your account email and request renewed acceptance where appropriate or required. Changes do not retroactively alter an existing dispute. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your contract without our consent; we may transfer it in a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the relevant business, subject to applicable law and your existing rights.

These Terms and the applicable order or signed agreement form our agreement for the service. Contact Submission Bridge LLC about legal notices, billing, or service questions at our contact-request form.
